The Goal
200 surgical customers from across EMEA met to discuss the future of advanced wound dressings. An expert meeting with high-calibre surgeons all in one place offers an opportunity to educate, collect insights, change behaviour and introduce new tools – and we created an interactive game to do all these things with one touchpoint to maximise the value from time with customers.

We transformed clinical protocol guidance into a 2 part app. The first section, a game that challenges surgeons to look at patient profiles from a new perspective. The second, a ready-to-use tool that generates personalised protocols for use in clinical practice. A conversation starter for customers, and insight on how decision making changes across speciality for us.
